Finally. A LOSS, 2.1kgs this last week. Thank goodness. I was really starting to feel that I'd lost my mojo and I don't want to lose it. So 29.7kgs down, here's hoping I can make it to 30kgs next time. Hopefully I haven't jinxed myself, I feel I jinxed myself by saying I was feeling good etc, remind me not to say that again, lol. Today has been a great day, more fluids are needed, but that's fine, can definitely do that. I really do feel better when I've eaten well, that should be enough to keep me on the straight and narrow shouldn't it? Apparently not, but I am only human and do have moments of weakness, just have to keep reminding myself why I started doing this and what my goal is. And REALLY want to make it to goal, REALLY BADLY.
And I totally believe, eventually I will. Even if it takes me 5 years (I doubt it, but you know, being realistic), I WILL GET TO GOAL!!
