600 grams is nothing, I am sure you will lose that and more next week.It's important to have ME time and some treats as well. I know that feeling deprived for me usually means a binge of some sort.I love your attitude to this whole weight loss thing - you are so positive all the time and even if you aren't you never let it show. You just have it all together and are doing such an amazing job with your weight loss - even if you didn't lose this week I know you can get rid of the 700g needed for your 30kg. Congratulations Bec - you can do it.
